Oliver Doherty Makes First Ever Albatross At Golf School


Massive congratulations to second year student Oliver Doherty who had an albatross on the par 5 16th hole at the Hilton Templepatrick on Friday.

He played his second shot from 228 yards with his hybrid running it up from the front of the before eventually falling into the cup.

Well done Oliver.

Oliver is a Manchester born student who lives in France but studies at the Darren Clarke Golf School in Antrim. Oliver is in his second year at the school and has really enjoyed his experience to date. He is just 17 years old and plays off a handicap of 7.
