Young golfers across the country provided star performances on Sky TV kids show Game Changers as boys and girls formed part of a special golf feature.
With the players being filmed whilst competing in a British Junior Golf Tour qualifier for this summer’s IMG Academy Junior World Championships at Park Hill GC in late March, several youngsters were interviewed or provided links to camera for the five-minute package.
The popular programme was broadcast on Sky One and Sky Mix on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.
With golfers as young as five years of age taking part in nine and 18 hole events on British Junior Golf Tour, the non-profiting making organisation is dedicated to promoting the sport to a new generation.
The next BJGT Open takes place on Tuesday, May 30th at Cherwell Edge GC, when the 18 hole players have the added incentive of trying to win a round of golf with Tour pro Gary Boyd. For more details, visit www.juniorgolftour.co.uk.
